The short version: we collect very little, and only to run the site and reply to you.

What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your address and message, used only to respond and to correct puzzles. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for up to 30 days for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Consent choice. If you set a cookie preference, it is stored in your browser. See our cookie policy.
What we do not collect
We have no accounts, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no puzzle-progress records. The contact tool builds messages entirely in your browser; nothing is transmitted until you send an email yourself.
Retention and sharing
We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it. We do not sell or rent personal data. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under written agreements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to processing and ask us to restrict it. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We will update this notice if our practices change and show the new date at the top.
